Thanks to the smooth constant winds Le Morne has excellent conditions for learning kiteboarding. Training takes place in the lagoon of Le Morne on a completely flat water, with only a few hundred meters from the shore stands a perfect reef wave for different levels of riders: a more open and friendly Manawa, fast and powerful One Eye, well for training Small Reef.

Besides kitesurfing in Mauritius can do other kinds of water sports. You will find in our school equipment for all types of surfing: twintips, kite surfboards and kites, SUP, surfboards.

Professional IKO certified instructors introduce you to the world of wind and waves quickly and safely, help with the selection of a suitable for your level and style of riding equipment.

Pryde Club Le Morne:

Pryde Club offers world class lessons and equipment for water sports. 
They cater mostly to the large Kitesurfing, Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Boards scene in the South of Mauritius. 

It is run by Dmitry Esveev a russian who lives and breathes kitesurfing, like many kitesurfers around the world he had heard of Mauritius (in particular Le Morne) as being a paradise due to the unique way the winds wrap around the southern tip of the Island and the way the waves break and rip along the coast.

Mauritius boasts some of the best wind statistics in the world and Le Morne is a favourite that attracts people from all over the island.With several unique features such as “Anchor” and “Oneye” being common terms amongst those who surf the waters.

All instructors are IKO Certified (International Kitesurfing Organization) and can teach in up to 7 languages!

Some other additional options include a Private VIP Lesson on a deserted sand bank and having a private speed boat escort to reduce your time moving between the popular surf spots in the area before positioning yourself perfectly for each wave.
